Our standard fixtures ship with 2700K/90CRI (warm white) LED bulbs that are rated for 50,000 hours – however even LED bulbs can fail over time, so all our products are designed for the bulbs to be user-replaceable- please contact us for replacements if needed. Alternate LED bulbs are available (3000K, and 2400K) for a small upcharge

Each lamp is carefully polished and inspected prior to leaving our facility- and the materials are carefully selected in construction to give you a lifetime of enjoyment, however over time each piece will slowly patina and take on a natural and lustrous finish, which only enhances the unique nature and inherent beauty of the product. This is normal and to be expected. Finish samples are available for $8 each- please contact us for availability.

UL is a global leader in testing, inspection, certification, auditing and validation. The UL Mark is the single most accepted Certification Mark in the United States, appearing on 22 billion products annually, and all Elisterno products meet or exceed UL requirements and are approved and labeled for use in WET Locations—this means they are backed by the highest safety standards and can be installed anywhere indoors or outdoors.

All Elisterno products are designed and engineering to be dimmable using forward or reverse phase dimming switches. Actual dimming range/performance will vary though between different switch manufacturers.

All products are carefully packaged and shipped from our facility in City of Industry, CA, however damages in transit can happen, so it is important that all items are fully inspected prior to accepting delivery, and it’s even more important that the receiver notes any potential damages to the packaging on the bill of lading at the time of delivery. Elisterno Outdoors cannot be held responsible for damages in transit that are not properly noted at the time of receipt.

Elisterno Outdoor Lighting products are manufactured to the highest quality standards and are carefully inspected and tested prior to shipping. The utmost care is taken in our process, and any issues that may occur in the first year due to manufacturing, design or material defects are covered by our standard warranty as follows starting from 1 year from date of purchase. This warranty is non-transferrable (see exception below), and only applies to installation in the original location. Proof of purchase from an authorized reseller is required.

Warranty covers cost of repair and or replacement of defective part or complete fixture at our discretion, but does not cover labor or materials involved in installation of the part or removal/reinstallation of the fixture if required.

Warranty does not cover any changes in finish over time as this is a natural process and inherent in the beauty of the materials.

Warranty is void in cases of improper use, and/or improper or non-professional installation.

Warranty does not cover damages during shipping, delivery, assembly and/or installation.

Small variances in finish are not covered under warranty- this is a normal occurrence with products made using authentic materials.

Any unauthorized modifications or customization of our products will void warranty.

This warranty does not apply to any damages caused by accident, extreme water damage (flooding, hurricane or similar), fire, explosion, earth or structure shifting (including earthquakes), abuse or cleaning with harsh chemicals or cleaners.

Exception to warranty

If original fixture is purchased by a builder, contractor or other developer, warranty may be assigned to the end user/owner at time of installation.
